Albany, NY Vanguard-Fine, LLC completed the following:

Sale transactions:

• Kenneth Brownell and Barry Feinman of Vanguard-Fine, LLC brokered the sale of 418 South Pearl St. between purchaser Agree Realty and seller FFB#1wood, LLC. The sale price was $1.767 million 

• Brownell and Barry Feinman brokered the sale of Champlain Plaza located at 101 Saratoga Rd. in Cohoes between purchaser GR Cohoes, LLC and seller National Retail Properties, Inc. The sale price was $1.6 million. 

• Barry Feinman and Brownell brokered the sale of 1.5 acres on the corner of Rte. 30 and Golf Course Rd. in Amsterdam between purchaser Albany Medical Center and seller Blue Ribbon of Amsterdam. The sale price was $500,000. 

• Paul Bulmer of Vanguard-Fine, LLC and Matt Loder of Country Boy R.E. brokered the sale of 2268 Rte. 7 in Cobleskill between purchaser Blahout Construction Corp. and seller Stewarts Shops. The sale price was $310,000.

Lease transactions:

• Brownell and Barry Feinman,with Brian Donovan of Donovan Real Estate brokered the lease between Big Lots Store, Inc. and David G. Hollander Family, LP. The 38,540 s/f store is located in the Pulaski Shopping Center in Pulaski.

• Brownell and Barry Feinman, with Donovan brokered the lease between Big Lots Corp. and 1100 Jefferson Partners, LLC. The 32,211 s/f store is located in Henrietta Plaza, 1100 W Jefferson Rd. in Rochester.

• Brownell and Barry Feinman brokered the lease between Harbor Freight Tools and Mr. Gary Phillipson GLLP, LLC. The 24,500 s/f store is located at 232 Albany St. in Herkimer.

• Brownell and Barry Feinman, with Donovan, brokered the lease between Harbor Freight Tools and Grandview Apts, LLC. The 15,621 s/f store is located at 316 Eastern Blvd. in Canandaigua. 

• Brownell and Barry Feinman, with Donovan, brokered the lease Family Dollar Stores, Inc. and Flaum Management Co., Inc. The 11,453 s/f store is located in North Winton Village, 175-185 N. Winton Rd. in Rochester. 

• Brownell and Barry Feinman, with and Jonathan Sussman of JRS Realty Advisors brokered the lease between Dolgen New York, LLC and National Retail Properties. The 10,053 s/f store is located at 310 South Pearl St.

• Bulmer, Brownell and Barry Feinman brokered the lease between Berkshire Mattress Outlet, Vince Leydet and El Gator Grande Limited partnership. The 3,042 s/f store is located in the Dalton Ave. Plaza in Pittsfield, Mass.

• Benjamin  Feinman and Barry Feinman and Brownell brokered the lease between Van Rensselaer Management, Inc. and MDB Enterprises at 12 Petra Ln., Suite #5.

• Steven Lerner of Vanguard-Fine, LLC brokered the lease between Christine Russell and Paul Frye and SKJ Properties, LLC. The business is located at 4803 Rte. 30 in Amsterdam. 

• Christopher Farrell of Vanguard-Fine, LLC brokered the lease between St. Catherine’s Center for Children and Fredric Hugue Jr. – SVN/Deegan-Collins Commercial Realty. The business is located at 53 Albany Ave. in Kingston.
