Vanguard-Fine, LLC, a commercial real estate office located in Albany, completed 26,731 s/f in leases and $2.852 million in sales: * Steven Lerner, Barry Feinman and Kenneth Brownell of Vanguard-Fine, along with Sherri Duan of Gucciardo Real Estate Group, brokered a 10-year lease expansion between Wei Wang and Bettiol Enterprises, LTD, Inc. The 4,400 s/f salon is located at Hannaford Plaza in Oneonta. * Feinman and Brownell brokered a 10-year lease between Advance Auto Parts and Brixmor/IA Cayuga Plaza. The 6,840 s/f store is located at Cayuga Plaza at Cayuga Mall. * Feinman and Brownell, along with Brian Donovan of Donovan Real Estate and Andrea Bucci of Sutton Companies brokered a 10-year lease between SUNY Upstate Medical University, Syracuse, NY and Western Lights Properties, LLC. The 4,491 s/f facility is located at Western Lights Properties, LLC. * Feinman and Brownell, along with Donovan at Donovan Real Estate brokered the sale of 2152 Fairport Nine Mile Rd., Penfield between Heyward Family Partnership, L.P. and Penfieldwood, LLC. The sale price was $2.852 million. * Feinman and Brownell brokered a 10-year lease between Planet Fitness and Champlain Center South. The 11,000 s/f gym is located at Champlain Center South in Plattsburgh.
