Vanguard-Fine brokers two transactions

Glenmont, NY Kenneth Brownell and Paul Bulmer of Vanguard-Fine, LLC and Brian Donovan of Donovan Real Estate Services brokered the lease of the 1,000 s/f ATM space between JP Morgan Chase and Livos Albany Group, LLC c/o Schuyler Companies.

Christopher Farrell and Barry Feinman of Vanguard-Fine, and Todd Drowlette of Titan Commercial Real Estate brokered the lease between Bowled Inc. and Delaware Plaza, LLC. The 1,440 s/f restaurant is located in Delaware Plaza, Delmar.
