Value Companies Northwoods Apartments in final rental phase
The final phase of rental apts. is open for leasing at Northwoods Apts., the new neighborhood of garden-style apartments being developed by Value Companies, Inc.
Several homes have already been reserved in the collection of 42 one-and two-bedroom apts. which offered occupancy dates for the beginning of March of this year, according to Jack Linefsky, VP of property management for the Value Companies, Inc.
"Our initial phase is completely leased and our final section has already drawn significant interest from renters who missed out on the first rental offering," said Linefsky. "So much so, many decided to sign a lease months before these buildings would be ready for occupancy."
"They've been incredibly anxious to live in a new upscale rental community with modern amenities and a convenient location minutes from the New York Thruway. As a result, we expect the balance of these rental homes to be leased in short order," said Linefsky.
Northwoods' apartment homes are spread across a suburban site and located near transportation options.
Northwoods will consist of seven rental buildings on a professionally managed and beautifully landscaped site, with access-controlled entries to each building. Homes will range from 800 s/f to 1,100 s/f and washer and dryers, individually controlled central air and heat, fully equipped kitchens and walk-in closets. Additionally, each unit will also features a balcony or patio.
