Upstate NY Appraisal Institute offers continuing education programs

Syracuse, NY The Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute has had an active education calender for real estate appraisers again in 2017 for continuing education (CE). There are still a number of courses which will be offered this year:

• October 13th: A 7-hour “Income Approach for Residential Appraisers” in Syracuse; 

• November 9th: A 7-hour “The Discounted Cash Flow Model:  Concepts, Issues & Apps” in Syracuse; and 

• December 5th: The 7-hour “USPAP Update Course” in Utica will be offered.
