Upstate chapter of the Appraisal Institute has active education calendar for real estate appraisers in 2012
The Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute has an active education calender for real estate appraisers again in 2012. The Appraisal Institute is recognized as the leader in the real estate appraisal industry and is one of the oldest organizations of real estate appraisers in the world. The course schedule includes Fundamentals of Separating Real Property, Personal Property and Intangible Business Assets, in Syracuse on March 12 and 13; USPAP Update Course, Canandaigua, April 25; and Problems in the Valuation of Partial Acquisitions in Syracuse on May 15.
Mark your calenders for June 8, for the ever popular Case Studies in the Valuation of Upstate N.Y. Real Estate in Canandaigua, followed by USPAP Update Course; September 14, in Utica; Evaluating Commercial Construction, October 18 and 19, in Utica; and Course 420-Business Practices and Ethics on November 8th in Syracuse.
