Uniland Development acquires land from Miller Properties for $450,000

Cheektowaga, NY Uniland Development Company has acquired two contiguous parcels totaling two acres across the street from its 61-acre Airborne Business Park near the Buffalo Niagara International Airport on Genesee St.

Uniland purchased 4747 and 4757 Genesee St. from Miller Properties, LLC to provide additional development and amenity options for the burgeoning office park and to improve the area’s aesthetics. Potential uses include retail and medical office.

According to public records, the sale price was $450,000.

Robert Schell and Benedict Borruso of Pyramid Brokerage worked on this transaction.

Uniland Construction is nearing completion of a three-story, 109,000 s/f office building for Sodexo Inc.’s regional service center at 400 Airborne Pwy. The facility is scheduled to open April 1, 2017.

In addition to new office space, future projects at Airborne Business Park  may include a hotel, restaurant and day-care facility. At full build-out, Airborne will include one million s/f of commercial space serving thousands of people daily. Airborne enar the region’s highways, and is close to retail and dining options in Williamsville, and on Transit and Union Rds. The park is also served by multiple metro bus routes.

“Many employers already recognize the value of Airborne Business Park’s location being so accessible to their workforce and customers. With this acquisition, Uniland is looking to enhance the visual appeal of what has become a vibrant commercial area surrounding the airport,” said Carl Montante Jr., vice president of marketing and strategic initiatives.
