ULI Westchester/Fairfield to hold 1st annual Collins award ceremony Oct. 7

Urban Land Institute's Westchester, N.Y/Fairfield, Conn., District Council (ULI Westchester/Fairfield) will recognize the winner of its 1st annual Arthur Collins Sr. Visionary Award for Leadership in Land Use at a reception and awards ceremony to be held Oct. 7. Recognizing "a person, team or organization whose innovative and creative vision has resulted in a completed project that reflects the ideals of the Urban Land Institute," the award honors the legacy of Arthur Collins Sr., a longtime ULI member widely regarded as one of the nation's most innovative developers during the last half of the 20th century. Tickets are still available for ULI Westchester/Fairfield's Collins Award reception and ceremony, which will be held between 6:30 and 9 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 7, at the Delmar Greenwich Harbor Hotel, located at 500 Steamboat Rd.
