Albany, NY CBRE-Albany completed three leases at 80 State St. totaling 19,639 s/f.

• Nolan and Heller, a law firm, leased 6,734 s/f on the 11th floor.  

• Cullen and Dykeman, a general practice law firm, leased 11,068 s/f on the 9th floor.

• NYSEG leased 1,837 s/f on the 12th floor.

80 State St. is a class A office building in the center of the city’s downtown financial district and is close to the Capitol.
