Tryko Partners adds the 163-unit apartment Harrisburg Park to its portfolio

Tryko Partners, LLC, has added Harrisburg Park, a 163-unit, garden-style apartment complex in Harrisburg, to its growing regional portfolio. The private equity real estate group acquired the property on South 15th St. from The Altman Group. "We recognized a great value-add opportunity in Harrisburg Park," said Uri Kahanow, director of acquisitions, who represented his firm in the transaction. "Our immediate plans will focus on improving operational efficiencies and fostering tenant retention." Marcus & Millichap served as broker for the seller.
