Triglia of CPEX honored as Top Woman in Business

According to CPEX Real Estate Services, associate Kristina Triglia of the New York retail leasing team has been named a 2014 Top Woman in Business by the Home Reporter and Brooklyn Spectator. Triglia will be one of 35 women being honored for her professional achievements. With the help of Triglia, CPEX's New York retail leasing team has established itself as the preeminent brokerage team to represent landlords looking to lease retail space in the city. In the past year, Triglia and her colleagues, managing director Ryan Condren and associate George Danut, completed 18 lease transactions totaling over 100,000 s/f of retail space, with an aggregate lease value of $40 million. Moreover, the team completed leases with notable national, regional, and local tenants such as J. Crew, Capital One Bank, City MD, SUPRA, LA Boxing, and Brooklyn Friends. "Kristina is the embodiment of the 'can do' spirit," said CPEX managing partner Timothy King. "Clients and customers are always impressed with her energy, enthusiasm, and consummate knowledge of the retail leasing landscape."
