Tri State Commercial facilitates 2,950 s/f lease

Brooklyn, NY Tri State Commercial  facilitated a lease transaction at 276 Bedford Ave. The lease encompasses 2,950 s/f of space under a long-term agreement with tenant SLT.

The terms of the lease include a 10-year commitment with a 5-year option to renew, underscoring SLT’s confidence in the location and market potential of 276 Bedford Ave. Tri State Commercial represented the landlord throughout the negotiation process.

The landlord was represented by Avi Akiva, EVP and partner and Sherry Chera, senior associate both of Tri State Commercial. SLT was represented by Hal Shapiro and Alex Karas of Winick.
