Tosko and Tighe of CBRE arrange 160,335 s/f lease for Mediaedge
CB Richard Ellis has arranged a 160,335 s/f lease on behalf of Mediaedge at 825 7th Ave. The firm extended its 129,620 s/f lease on floors two through seven. It also acquired an additional 30,715 s/f on the 8th and 9th floors, which Mediaedge will sublease from International Marketing Group (IMG) for four years, followed by a direct lease with building ownership.
Gregory Tosko, vice chairman, CBRE negotiated the deal with Mary Ann Tighe, chief executive of CBRE, and Bruce MacAffer, WPP's senior director of real estate. The building is owned by Edward Minskoff Equities and Vornado Realty Trust. Mediaedge now leases the building's entire office portion. Robert Ageloff and Patrick Lennon, of the Staubach Co., represented IMG, while Jeffrey Sussman, of Edward J. Minskoff Properties, represented building ownership.
