Topal, Levy, Flaherty and Kelly join Colliers International New York Operations

New York, NY Colliers International has revealed the additions of Jesse Topal and Zachary Levy as associate directors, and Colin Flaherty and Bronson Lane Kelly as associates, to its New York City operations. “These four up-and-coming industry professionals are welcomed additions to our growing brokerage team,” said Kim Brennan, Chief Operating Officer of Colliers International’s Tri-State Region. “Their diverse skillsets will be utilized and enhanced through their work with some of the most outstanding brokers in our firm.” Associate Director Jesse Topal will support the Colliers brokerage team led by President of the Tri-State Region Michael T. Cohen, Vice Chairman Andrew Roos, and Director John Pavone, concentrating on landlord and tenant representation. Topal has a strong background in financial services and economics having previously served as a Financial Representative for ANI Management Group, Inc., Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, and Forest Hills Financial Group. He is an active member of the Hewlett Woodmere Business Association and holds a B.S. in Economics from Binghamton University. Zachary Levy will serve as an Associate Director, concentrating on new business development and servicing existing clients as a member of a Colliers brokerage team led by industry veterans Vice Chairman Joseph Cabrera and Executive Managing Director David Glassman. Prior to Colliers, Levy focused on office leasing for tenants in the financial services and technology sectors while working at two global commercial real estate firms. Levy received a B.A. in Entrepreneurial Studies from Hofstra University’s Frank G. Zarb School of Business Administration. Colin Flaherty joins Colliers as an Associate and will focus on corporate solutions, specifically global tenant representation, as a member of the Colliers brokerage team led by Executive Director Brian Rothschild. The recent graduate of Yale University completed coursework at the London School of Economics and Political Science, in addition to internships with UBS Financial Services and Capitol Peak Asset Management. Bronson Lane Kelly will also serve as an Associate on Rothschild’s team, focusing on corporate solutions. He recently graduated from Johns Hopkins University, and served as an intern for a global commercial real estate brokerage firm. Prior to that, he interned for Safety Marking Company in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
