Syracuse, NY According to TJMG Properties, Erin VanBuren joins their team in the new role of director of brokerage services. Using her vast knowledge and experience, along with her strong leadership skills, VanBuren’s primary role will be to grow TJMG’s residential brokerage unit through the addition of productive sales associates as well as introducing new processes and protocols to the existing business model.

Prior to joining the TJMG team, VanBuren worked with Coldwell Banker Prime Properties out of Liverpool, where she was often pictured among the top producers for the company. She compiled several awards with Coldwell including Rising Star; in the top 20 for buyers sales, total number of units closed, and gross commission income, achieving both local and national awards; and was a multi-million dollar producer and member of the Pinnacle Club. She has held various other positions, many in the service industry, which gives her a unique ability to interact effectively with a wide range of personalities.

With 10 years’ experience as a top producing real estate salesperson and a no-nonsense approach to team management she is a welcome addition to the TJMG Properties family.

In the past 6 months alone, TJMG Properties has seen a surge in growth of their real estate division with the increase in number of salespersons by over 50%. VanBuren said, “Now is the perfect time for motivated agents to jump on board and be an integral part of our organization. With innovative ideas and techniques to offer our clients and customers we will be consistently growing our market share in the time ahead!”

With the recent acquisition of another property management company, along with the expansion of their real estate division, TJMG Properties growth in the coming year is expected to accelerate, but both partners of the company remain committed to the principals they were founded on and the community that has allowed for such prosperity.
