Thru the Lens: Vecchione speaks at Young Mens/Womens Real Estate Association luncheon

New York, NY According to the Young Mens/Womens Real Estate Association, Tom Vecchione, a principal at Gensler, spoke at a recent luncheon. Vecchione provided a new fresh perspective on trends seen in the market. As an unbiased third party, Vecchione had an interesting point of view. The demand for talent is huge, creating space and an environment to attract talent is company’s top priority. Companies are not just looking in one location. Convening or gathering areas within the office are imperative, amenities are growing, and vision is experiential. Vecchione doesn’t believe that the 60’s vintage buildings are dead, they just need to be envisioned.

He works with landlords such as Blackstone, and The Rockefeller Group, Fortune 500 companies, IBM, and Coke a cola, Universities such as Cornell and their new Tech Campus, law firms, and hedge funds. He works on projects from NY to San Francisco, Oakland Ca., and everywhere in between.
