The Syracuse Teachers Association, an organization which represents 3,000 city school district employees, was located at 909 Butternut St., for 30 years. The organization leased the 9,565 s/f first-floor office space at 731 James St. The Sutton Companies was the listing agent.
Thomas also brokered the $375,000 sale of 909 Butternut St. to the Father's Heart Ministries. The 8,400 s/f office building will house the ministry and provide them the opportunity to expand their community outreach center activities. This will be an additional location for the Father's Heart Ministries, which is currently located on North State St. The Sutton Companies represented the buyer.
