The Moinian Group inks 40,000 s/f of leases at 450-460 Park Ave. South

Manhattan, NY The Moinian Group has signed 40,000 s/f of new office leases, with existing tenants who are both renewing and expanding, at 450-460 Park Ave. South in Midtown. The tenants include EverWonder Studio a content studio and production company; Front Office Sports, a multi-platform media and news organization; and Cape, a mobile network.

The Moinian Group was represented by Gregg Rothkin, Jared London, Hayden Pascal, Taylor Walker and Keegan Schenk of CBRE. EverWonder Studio, Front Office Sports was represented by Sacha Zarba and Conor Krup of CBRE, and Cape was represented by Scott Sloves and Rob Wizenberg of CBRE.
