The Marketing Directors recognized at NJBA gala

Atlantic City, NJ The Marketing Directors won seven top awards during the New Jersey Builders Association’s (NJBA) 29th Annual Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards Gala. Held at the Atlantic City Convention Center, the event recognized the year’s most creative and successful sales initiatives in the market and also kicked off the 65th Atlantic Builders convention.

The Marketing Directors received the following accolades at the 2016 SAM Awards:

• Angela Ferrara, executive vice president won sales manager of the year;

• Project manager Dara Rubens was awarded marketing director of the year;

• Edwin Blanco was awarded best rental agent for his success with Charles & Co., a 99-unit rental property in Jersey City;

• Dawn Nassaney, Kate Yoo and Hollie Bailey were recognized as the best leasing team of the year;

• Ellie Kim was awarded rookie sales agent for her work at The M at Englewood South,;

• Deborah Cleary was named salesperson of the year for Escapes Ocean Breeze, a 55+ community in Manahawkin.

• Cleary, along with Frances DiNatale, Jacqueline Jones and Michele Barone received sales team of the year for the Escapes Ocean Breeze.
