The Hampshire Companies acquires 400,000 s/f industrial building

The Hampshire Companies has arranged the acquisition of a 400,000 s/f industrial building located at 200 Middlesex Avenue. Located within Carteret's industrial market, the building offers easy access to the New Jersey Turnpike and is within close proximity to the area's major ports, making it an ideally situated distribution hub. The building features solid, functional warehouse facilities, strongly catering to the industrial user.
