The Feil Organization signs 8,300 s/f lease with InterAgency Council of Developmental Disabilities Agencies, Inc.

Manhattan, NY The Feil Organization, one of New York City's premier real estate investment firms, has signed a long-term, 8,300 s/f lease across the entire 12th floor with InterAgency Council of Developmental Disabilities Agencies, Inc. (IAC) at 145 W 30th Street. IAC is made up of over 160 member organizations, encompassing New York’s leading not-for-profit providers of support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

“We are pleased to welcome the InterAgency Council of Developmental Disabilities Agencies to 145 W 30th Street,” said Andrew Wiener, head of commercial office leasing at the Feil Organization. “As we build out IAC’s new headquarters, we’re confident this space will further support their lasting impact and reach across New York City.”

“Moving our headquarters to 145 W 30th Street represents a pivotal moment in IAC’s history, reflecting our continued growth and commitment to building a better future for all,” said Wini Schiff, CEO of IAC. “We thank the Feil Organization for orchestrating a smooth and seamless transition.”

145 West 30th Street is a 12-story, loft-style office building near the Penn Plaza commercial district, home to Madison Square Garden, the Paramount Theatre, and Pennsylvania Station—New York's largest transportation hub. Built in 1913 and designed by architectural firm Sommerfeld & Steckler, 145 West 30th Street offers prospective tenants an opportunity to capitalize on a stellar location and room to grow, with recent renovations including new windows, tenant-controlled AC, and a refurbished and expanded lobby.

The Feil Organization was represented in-house by Andrew Wiener, Tim Parlante and Henry Korzec. The tenant was represented by Adam Ardise and Dan Thompson of Cushman & Wakefield.
