The Feil Organization has signed a 7,000-square-foot lease

Manhattan, NY The Feil Organization, a premier national real estate investment firm, has signed a 7,000-square-foot, 11 year lease on the partial 16th floor at 551 Fifth Avenue with Tuchman, Weiss, Liebman & Lindemann, LLP (TWLL), a New York City law firm. TWLL will establish a new headquarters in New York City.

“Our leasing velocity at 551 Fifth Avenue speaks volumes about the strength of the property and our team’s ability to meet the needs of prominent tenants,” said Andrew Wiener, head of commercial leasing at the Feil Organization. “We’re excited to welcome Tuchman, Weiss, Liebman & Lindemann, LLP, to their New York City headquarters at 551 Fifth Avenue. Their decision speaks to the building's strong appeal and prime location, and we look forward to supporting their continued growth and building a long-term partnership as they thrive here.”

“We’re excited to establish our headquarters at 551 Fifth Avenue. We were immediately impressed with the high-standard finishes and the opportunity to collaborate directly with the building’s team to design a space that truly reflects our needs,” said Eric Lindemann, partner at Tuchman, Weiss, Liebman & Lindemann, LLP. “Our long-term commitment to this location reflects our confidence in Feil’s ability to deliver an environment that aligns with our vision for growth and success.”

551 Fifth Avenue, also known as the Fred F. French building, is a Class-A office skyscraper in Midtown. Completed in 1927, the building is a New York City designated landmark and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2004. The Art Deco design by Sloan & Robertson was restored in the early 1990s. 551 Fifth Avenue is located just nearby Grand Central Terminal and the new Long Island Rail Road connection at Grand Central Madison, as well as some of the city’s best hotels, restaurants and retail stores.

This lease builds on Feil’s recent lease with the National Women’s Soccer League for its headquarters, highlighting the firm’s strength in accommodating tenant needs and attracting national brands to a vibrant urban setting. With this continued leasing success, 551 Fifth Avenue is now over 90% leased.

Feil was represented in-house by Wiener, Kevin Driscoll and Henry Korzec. Tuchman, Weiss, Liebman & Lindemann, LLP was represented by Steve Chasanoff of Colliers.
