The Feil Organization completes $23.5 million refinancing of Home Depot Shopping Center

Elmont, NY The Feil Organization completed a $23.5 million refinancing of Home Depot Shopping Center provided by Principal Asset Management. Estreich & Company represented the Feil Organization in the transaction.

“We are pleased to have secured this refinancing for Home Depot Shopping Center alongside a strong sponsor,” said Brian Feil, principal at the Feil Organization. “Considering the current state of the lending market, this deal showcases our ability to secure attractive financing and reaffirms the strong appetite for well-located retail properties with great tenants in Nassau County.”

Located at 600 Hempstead Tpke., Home Depot Shopping Center is a 269,490 s/f retail center. It is located on Hempstead Tpke. off the Cross Island Pkwy. and has major tenants such as Home Depot, Marshalls and Target. Currently 100% leased, Feil has owned the asset since 1992.
