Brooklyn, NY The Corbin Group at Besen & Associates has completed the sale of 2266 Pacific St. Located in Ocean Hill, the property consists of a two-story residential building delivered vacant. The lot totals 5,015 s/f with a FAR of 3.0 and 15,045 buildable s/f.

The property was sold for $1.35 million by Greg Corbin, Aaron Kline and Miguel Jauregui.  

The property is located on the south side of Pacific St. between Rockaway Ave. and Mother Gaston Blvd. and is near public transportation. 

Subway lines lace through the Ocean Hill. On the northern border of Ocean Hill are the J and Z lines that join with the A, C and L lines at the Broadway Junction station. In the south, the elevated No. 3 train makes three stops in Brownsville.
