The Cabot Group to provide constuction administration for Jim Bernard Chevrolet
The Cabot Group has been selected to provide construction management services for renovations to the Jim Barnard Chevrolet dealership on Buffalo Rd.
"The Cabot Group is pleased to work with Barnard Chevrolet on this significant transformation," said Michael Smith, chairman and CEO of The Cabot Group. "In addition to Barnard, we recently provided construction administration assignments for Bob Johnson Chevrolet, Dorschel Lexus and Dorschel Mini of Rochester. With these assignments, our role is to allow the owners and managers of these dealerships to focus on their core business while we ensure that the facility construction projects run on time, on budget and exceed expectations."
The renovations, which include exterior façade remodel, new service/service adviser area and complete interior renovations, are part of a General Motors initiative to revamp dealership facilities nationwide.
The Jim Barnard Chevrolet project is expected to be completed by January of 2013. The completed project will fully comply with GM's essential brand elements.
