Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC has brokered five deals at 231 W. 39th St. for a total of 12,231 s/f. "Conveniently located right off of Fashion Ave., the Contemporary Fashion Showroom Building is a major destination housing the city's most established designers, fashion brands and like-minded industries. This continues to be a highly sought-after building and vacancy rates remain very low," said James Buslik, principal of Adams. Autumn Cashmere of New York, a leading manufacturer of men's and women's contemporary apparel, signed a nine-year, 6,138 s/f expansion. James and Jeffrey Buslik of Adams & Co. represented the tenant and the landlord. Shoshanna Collection LLC, a wholesaler of women's contemporary apparel, signed a 4,532 s/f renewal and a 1,168 s/f expansion. The Busliks represented the tenant and the landlord. 810 Showroom, a showroom for high-profile designers and fashion brands, signed a five-year, 1,779 s/f renewal. The Busliks represented the tenant and the landlord. Anama, LLC, a high-end clothing manufacturer and wholesaler of contemporary apparel, signed a two-year, 1,682 s/f renewal. The Busliks represented the tenant and the landlord. Wooden Ships of Hoboken Inc., a top apparel manufacturer for contemporary women's clothing, signed a six-year, 1,464 s/f renewal. The Busliks represented the tenant and the landlord. Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC is among the top five leasing companies in New York City, as measured by total square feet.
