The Browser Company, creators of Arc, signs 5,600 s/f lease extension at 285 North 6th St.

Brooklyn, NY According to GFP Real Estate, LLC, The Browser Company, a fast-growing tech firm known for building Arc, a modern web browser, has signed a long-term lease renewal for its 5,600 s/f space at 285 North Sixth St.

The new lease extending the company’s presence in one of Brooklyn’s creative corridors for the next several years. The Browser Company has been headquartered at the property since 2021 and continues to expand its team and impact on the tech industry from this dynamic location.

Eric Gural and Martin McGrath of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord in the transaction; Kyle Riker of JLL represented The Browser Company.

285 North Sixth St., also known as No.6 Lofts, is a reimagined 1906 factory building in the heart of Williamsburg. The property features boutique, full-floor lofts with original brick, wood, and steel details, all upgraded with eco-conscious materials and modern amenities. Located just off Metropolitan Avenue, the building provides access to the G and L trains, with restaurants, retail, and Nitehawk Cinema nearby.
