TerraCRG sells $1.2 million multifamily building

Brooklyn, NY TerraCRG, Brooklyn’s leading commercial real estate brokerage firm, has closed on the $1.175 million sale of 234 24th St., with TerraCRG Partners Matt Cosentino and Dan Marks having exclusively represented the seller on this deal.

The 3,100 s/f value-add multifamily building features five residential units, which were delivered vacant, along with 1,908 square feet of available air rights, totaling 5,008 buildable square feet.

The property, located between Third and Fourth Ave., is surrounded by several successful commercial projects that meet the demand of the steady influx of new residents in the neighborhood. 234 24th conveniently sits across the street from the 25th St. R subway entrance as well as the on-ramp to the BQE, providing easy access to and from Manhattan, and beyond.
