TerraCRG retained to lease 3,700 s/f retail space across from the Barclays Center

TerraCRG has been retained to exclusively represent ownership for the lease of the retail space directly across the street from the Barclays Center located at 166 Flatbush Ave. just off Fifth Ave. 166 Flatbush Ave. is located directly across the street from the Barclays Center main entrance and is sandwiched between Shake Shack and the soon to open True Religion retail store. The leasable area consists of 3,700 s/f on the ground floor and 3,700 s/f on the basement level. The building has 38 ft. of frontage on Flatbush Ave. and 15 ft. high ceilings on the ground floor. Earlier this year, TerraCRG leased both Patsy's Pizzeria and Doughnut Plant their first Brooklyn locations just blocks from the property, both of which are expected to open later this year. "166 Flatbush presents a prime opportunity for a restaurant, bar, or flagship retail store to open a location in one of the best locations in New York City," said Dan Marks, VP of investment sales & leasing at TerraCRG. "The demand for retail around the Barclays Center combined with the limited availability makes this an extremely rare opportunity."
