TerraCRG has closed on the $2.75 million all-cash sale of 650-654 Bergen St. The property was marketed TerraCRG during the last quarter of 2011 and went into contract in Nov. 2011 after a 30 day no-asking price formal bid process.
The 22,270 buildable s/f development site is located between Vanderbilt Ave. and Underhill Ave. in the Prospect Heights.
