Tenebaum and Rosen of SL Green lease 23,679 s/f

New York, NY International law firm Goldberg Segalla LLP has nearly doubled in size at SL Green Realty Corp.’s 711 Third Ave., signing an 11-year lease covering 23,679 s/f for its New York City headquarters.

The firm currently occupies 12,487 s/f at SL Green’s 600 Lexington Ave. When it relocates by the end of this year, Goldberg Segalla will occupy the entire 19^th and a portion of the 18^th floors of the 20-story, 583,000 s/f building.

Kyle Ciminelli of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Goldberg Segalla, while Howard Tenenbaum and Gary Rosen acted on behalf of SL Green in-house.

711 Third is located one block east of Grand Central Terminal and is well-known for its distinctive lobby featuring an elaborate mosaic design created by famous German artist Hans Hofmann.
