TEK Realty Advisors brokers two sales, includes $7.9m sale of Queens industrial building

53-33 97th Place - Queens, NY

Queens, NY TEK Realty Advisors LLC (TEKRA) has brokered the $7.9 million sale of a 21,500 s/f high bay industrial building located at 53-33 97th Pl. in the Corona neighborhood. TEKRA’s Theo Kontis, SIOR, Vincenzo Amato and Chue Quan Li exclusively represented the seller and procured the purchaser.

The building is situated a half-mile from the I-495 Long Island Expressway and features 200 ft. of street frontage, 21 ft. ceilings, four drive-in doors and wide column spacing.  At the time of sale, the property was leased to two tenants on a short-term basis.

TEKRA also handled the $3.5 million sale of Boulevard Plaza. The buyer, a private investor, acquired the 7,740 s/f medical office property located at 42-21 & 42-23 Francis Lewis Blvd. in the Bayside area from the original builder.

“With limited medical office building competition in the immediate submarket, this asset provides versatility in suite sizes to accommodate a variety of practices” said Anton Marchuk, who brokered the off-market transaction.

“This marks our sixth transaction on the Northern Blvd. corridor in Northeast Queens within the last 18 months and represents the continued demand for premium assets in this submarket,” said Kontis.

Boulevard Plaza contains nine office suites and on-site parking.
