Time Equities Inc. (TEI) recently sold 13,844 s/f of condominium office space at 125 Maiden Ln. to HRC Partners, LLC for nearly $6.3 million. TEI's director of office leasing and sales, Michael Rudder represented the seller and Scott Scloves and George Chatzopoulos represented the buyer.
TEI also recently sold two office condominiums to two non-profit companies at 125 Maiden Ln.; 3,837 s/f to the American Vacuum Society (AVS) for nearly $2.5 million and 3,434 s/f to the Community for Education Foundation for $1.72 million.Rudder, and David Feinberg, Esq., also of TEI, represented the seller while Nancy Weinstein of Cresa Partners represented the AVS. Rudder and Feinberg also represented TEI while Tim Bennett of Hunter Realty Organization represented the Community for Education Foundation.
125 Maiden Ln. was converted to office condominiums in 2006, and has museum-quality art exhibits in the lobby, a fitness center, a landscaped roof deck and water views.
