What current or recently completed project, accomplishment or initiative are you most excited about, and why does it matter for your team, clients or community?When I tell people I work in construction, there’s usually a pause and a “wow.” My answer often brings to mind heavy lifting and power tools. While many amazing women work in the field, key parts of my company, including sales, finance, and marketing, are led by talented women.

What emerging challenge or opportunity do you see shaping the construction industry in the next few years, and how are you preparing for it?Among the emerging forces impacting our industry are the transformation of technology and added sustainability pressures, including the rise of AI, digital tools and environmental criteria. These trends are creating challenges and new opportunities for firms, workers and the broader market.

What current or recently completed project, accomplishment or initiative are you most excited about, and why does it matter for your team, clients or community?Two of my current public design-build projects are very exciting. The $121 million Harper St. DOT administration building and yard redesign in the Willets Point section of Queens, NY

What current or recently completed project, accomplishment or initiative are you most excited about, and why does it matter for your team, clients or community?Every project is unique, but one that stands out is a 400,000 s/f mixed-use development in Washington, DC’s Wharf District, comprising hotel, multifamily, retail, and parking

What current or recently completed project, accomplishment or initiative are you most excited about, and why does it matter for your team, clients or community?I’m most excited about Oceanside Library, the fruit of a five-year collaboration. There, all members of the client and design worked to envision and construct a center of transformative learning.

What current or recently completed project, accomplishment or initiative are you most excited about, and why does it matter for your team, clients or community?I am most excited about our team’s work on the new Williams College Museum of Art, the museum’s first purpose-built home on campus.

What current or recently completed project, accomplishment or initiative are you most excited about, and why does it matter for your team, clients or community?My work on a multi‑brand hotel project in the Bronx — a milestone collaboration with our Boston office and our inaugural partnership with this client.
