Brooklyn, NY Rubenstein Partners’ 25 Kent, mixed-use office and light manufacturing building, signed a 37,403 s/f, 10-year agreement with Mindspace, a Tel Aviv-based flex space provider, at 25 Kent Ave. in Williamsburg. This is the company’s second location in partnership with Rubenstein Partners, following Mindspace Wanamaker in Philadelphia.

Yonkers, NY Urban Edge Properties signed a lease with Wren Kitchens for a new store at Yonkers Gateway Center. Slated for a 2023 opening, this will be the design showroom’s first Westchester location. The new concept is replacing a closed Pier 1 store. Wren Kitchens is the UK’s top retailer for affordable luxury kitchens and aims to be the same in the U.S.

New York, NY CBRE inked Carlo’s Bakery, a national baked goods shop founded by Cake Boss Buddy Valastro, to a new retail lease at 1500 Broadway. Carlo’s Bakery committed to 2,196 s/f of ground floor retail space that will serve as its newest Manhattan location.

New York, NY According to Fisher Brothers, Brevan Howard has signed a lease agreement at 1345 Avenue of the Americas. Brevan Howard, an alternative leading asset manager and current tenant of 1345 Avenue of the Americas, will increase their presence from a partial floor tenancy to occupy 83,403 s/f on two full floors, the 19th and 20th.
