New York, NY Bertone Piccini LLP acted as counsel on behalf of Paige.AI, Inc., a biotechnology firm, to obtain a 24,400 s/f office lease agreement in Eleven Times Sq. The firm also represented Paige in negotiations to expand their lease to take an entire floor of the building.

Hebner has three decades of experience in real estate accounting and finance and most recently served as the chief financial officer of Enterprise Community Partners, the leading national non-profit housing provider, which she joined in 2005.
