Holbrook, NY Marvin Hartman, executive vice president at Pliskin Realty & Development, has represented the landlord and tenants in two leases totaling 4,200 s/f.

East Meadow, NY Southgate Commercial Real Estate has signed a 900 s/f lease at 573 East Meadow Ave.  The space will be an additional location of A-1 Universal Care Inc. Joseph Barbuto, MBA, CIREC, of Southgate Commercial, is the real estate agent who represented A-1 Universal Care and the landlord, 571 East Meadow Ave LLC.

Valley Stream, NY Anthony Fornabaio and Ben Schulman of Vanderbilt Realty have negotiated a 4,400 s/f industrial lease signing at 396 Rockway Ave. The 10-year lease represents the new home of All About Records (AAR). Vanderbilt Realty was the exclusive broker.  

Hauppauge, NY Roger Delisle of Island Associates has arranged four leases totaling 6,629 s/f.

Southampton, NY Hudson managing principal Jason Gerbsman has arranged a 1,500 s/f lease for Ruby & Jenna in the former Calypso space. The new location at 24 Jobs Ln. is the fourth lease that Gerbsman has arranged for the mother-daughter-owned women’s fashion chain and its twelfth store in the tri-state area, joining others in Greenwich, CT, Marlton, NJ, Closter, NY, and Roslyn, NY.

Patchogue, NY New York restaurant institution Patsy’s Pizzeria has leased 2,700 s/f at 35-71 South Ocean Ave. The commitment brings the 23,000 s/f “main street” retail property to 100% occupancy, according to Levin Management Corp. (LMC), the exclusive leasing and managing agent. There was no tenant broker involved in the transaction.

East Hampton, NY Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. has signed three long-term leases totaling 2,742 s/f on the East End of Long Island for new locations for Khanh Sports and Shine at 2454 Main St. in Bridgehampton and Second Nature at 78B Park Place in East Hampton.

East Northport, NY According to Breslin Realty, Dairy Queen Grill & Chill Restaurant held their grand opening at 4005 Jericho Tpke.

Great Neck Plaza, NY Mojo Stumer Associates has completed the design of two Long Island projects.
