T. Weiss Realty leases 3,434 s/f class-A office space
to Windstream Communications at Melville Corporate Center I
Melville, NY According to T. Weiss Realty Corp., Windstream Communications Inc., has leased 3,434 s/f of class-A office space at Melville Corporate Center I, 105 Maxess Rd.
“We are very pleased that Windstream, one of America’s top companies, has chosen to locate in our amenity rich Melville office building,” said Craig Weiss, president of T. Weiss Realty, who represented the landlord in the transaction. Peter Notaro of JLL represented Windstream.
Melville Corporate Center I, which has 149,000 s/f, is 95% leased.
The building, in close proximity to Rte. 110 and the Long Island Expressway, has 24/7 access, a full-service café, a fitness center and conference rooms.
