T. Weiss Realty Corp., which recently completed renovations at its 532 Broadhollow Corporate Center, plans an Oct. 7 open house for brokers to view the updated building. The landlord also will offer a cash incentive to brokers whose clients sign leases at the property. T. Weiss is offering a $25,000 bonus incentive to a commercial broker who procures a tenant for at least 20,000 s/f in the building by Dec. 31. The incentive provides brokers an opportunity to boost their incomes during challenging times.
