T Square Properties leases a total of 4,800 s/f

T Square Properties has completed a total of 4,800 s/f in leases. The transactions include: * Plasan USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Plasan Sosa, has leased 3,600 s/f at 465 Columbus Ave. Phyllis Tunnell of T Square completed the lease. This location will function as the headquarters for Plasan's U.S. operations which include the production of armor products. * Edible Arrangements has opened a new 1,200 s/f retail location at 288 Mamaroneck Ave. in White Plains. Trevor Tunnell of T Square completed the lease. The company specializes in the creation of fresh fruit arrangements. They are growing internationally with stores throughout the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico and the U.K.
