Swiger of SL Green handles 30,035 s/f lease renewal for Chicago Title Ins.

According to SL Green Realty Corp., Chicago Title Insurance Company has signed a 10-year lease renewal covering 30,035 s/f on the fifth floor of 711 Third Ave. "We are pleased that Chicago Title has elected to remain with us for the long-term," said Steven Durels, executive vice president and director of leasing and real property for SL Green. "This is the third significant lease renewal this year at 711 Third Ave., the other two were Crain Communications, Inc. for 98,618 s/f and Parade Publications, Inc. for 89,413 s/f." The 20-story, class A, 550,000 s/f tower is located near Grand Central Terminal. Other tenants in the building include Omnicom, Newport News, and Ricoh Corp. Bo Hoban of Orion Realty Group and Joseph Fabrizi of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, while Larry Swiger acted in-house on behalf of SL Green.
