Syracuse, NY According to Sutton Real Estate Co., the firm has completed the following transactions:

390 Crystal Run Road - Middletown, NY

Louis Fournier of Sutton and Gina Marchese from All Phases Realty handled three leases at 390 Crystal Run Rd. in Middletown totaling 5,900 s/f:

  • Healthy Deli took 1,700 s/f;
  • Empire Inspections & Apparaisals leased 1,600 s/f; and
  • Family Foot Care signed for 2,600 s/f.
Gladstone building - Richfield Springs, NY

Bart Feinberg of Sutton handled a four-property sale at Richfield Springs including the Historic Gladstone and Park Inn buildings. The transaction totals 21 apartments and four commercial store fronts.

523 West Genesee Street - Syracuse, NY

Proshred Security Entered into a three-year lease renewal for 2,675 s/f at 6067 Corporate Dr. in East Syracuse with Oliva Holdings, LLC. HLP Holdings, the buyer, was represented by Feinberg. Feinberg also brokered the five-year lease of a 4,000 s/f building and 80-car parking lot for Enterprise Car Rental at 523 West Genesee St. in Syracuse. William Fuccillo is the property landlord.
