Sunrise names Vitt as controller, Suresky as director of business development and Chidsey as assistant property manager.

According to Sunrise Management & Consulting, the company has hired and promoted the following: * Mary Vitt has been appointed controller for Sunrise. She is responsible for the company financials, payroll and client accounts. She is formerly from Towne Estates Condominiums in Brighton, Mass. * Judd Suresky has been appointed director of business development for Sunrise. He is responsible for new residential, multifamily and commercial business development, market research and marketing. He is formerly from Stone Management in Watervliet. * Linda Chidsey has been promoted to assistant property manager at the Mansions of Delmar, which is under Sunrise management. She is formerly a leasing agent with Sunrise and is now responsible for training and supervising staff, leasing, resident retention and property reports. Sunrise, creator of the property coach program, a systemized method for managing rental properties, is an innovative third-party property management company that provides performance-driven management solutions, property analysis and training services to real estate operations.
