Studley promotes Johnson, Leff, Perla, Weiss and Silverman

International commercial real estate services firm Studley has promoted John Johnson, Jr., Michael Leff, Jason Perla, Scott Weiss and William Silverman. Johnson Jr. has been promoted to senior managing director. He was formerly a corporate managing director. Since joining Studley in 1994, Johnson, a tenant representation specialist, has focused on responding to the space needs of international banks, financial service firms, publishing companies and law firms in the New York region. Formerly a managing director, Silverman has assumed the new title of corporate managing director. Since joining the firm in 2003, Silverman, who is a member of Studley's Capital Transactions Group, has closed approximately $3 billion in sales comprising more than eight million s/f. Leff was promoted to corporate managing director. He was formerly a managing director. Since joining Studley in 2001, Leff works with his clients on all aspects of their transactions and having had a long career working in service-related industries, understands the importance of exceeding his clients' expectations in all facets of their relationship. Perla and Weiss, both formerly associate directors, will assume new titles as managing directors. Perla joined Studley in 2004, and works with Studley's analyst consultancy practice. His area of concentration is lease analysis, negotiation, and financial modeling. Weiss, who joined Studley in 2002, has built a reputation as a top representative of private equity, hedge fund, entertainment, and higher education entities.
