Studley hires Davidson and McGratty as advisors

Studley has hired two new real estate advisors in its Midtown office: Anne Davidson as financial analyst, and Camille McGratty as associate. Previously at CB Richard Ellis, Davidson has joined Studley's Capital Transaction Group. At CBRE she worked as a real estate analyst and a senior financial analyst in the firm's Global Corporate Services and Financial Consulting Groups, respectively. Davidson earned a BA in Architectural Studies from Brown University. McGratty will work with Studley senior managing director John Johnson Jr., focusing on tenant representation specifically for international banks, financial services companies and law firms. She recently graduated from The College of the Holy Cross with a BA in Political Science and Psychology. Studley is the leading commercial real estate services firm specializing in tenant representation.
