Charter Real Estate Brokerage's Barbara Story has exclusively represented the seller of the vacant Apple Tree Furniture Store property on Ridge Rd. The property is an 18,000 s/f retail/warehouse on 14 acres. The sales price was undisclosed. The buyer was a local church.
