Stillman Brokerage brokers $3.9 million sale of 38-unit Bronx walk-up apartment
Stillman Brokerage has exclusively brokered the sale of 3307 Hull Ave. In a deal that started in October of last year, the property, a 38-unit walk-up apartment residential apartment building was sold. The property is located off Gun Hill Rd. near Montefiore Hospital. The sale price was $3.9 million and represented a price of 7.9 times GRM. The deal was off market and it represented the first sale of the property in 30 years.
"The sale was handled exclusively by Stillman Brokerage," said Michael Mishkin, controller/salesman at the company. "Stillman Brokerage handled both the buyer and the seller. This sale is another example of the vitality of the residential real estate market in the Bronx. We continue to be active in trying to provide viable investments for our clients."
