Manhattan, NY Bertwood Realty has added three new employees to their midtown offices at 146 East 46th St. Bertwood is focused on bringing European brands to the U.S.

According to Bertrand de Soultrait, president and founder of Bertwood Realty, “We had a very strong 2015 and we are now building upon this momentum with several key new hires. Each brings unique skills to our team, and each is committed to helping clients get the right deal for their business.”

Deborah is interested in starting to represent European tenants...and know she s with the leader of that field at Bertwood.

“While at New York Commercial, I met Bertrand,” says Deborah. “We were both top performers at the firm and its great all these years later to now be joining him here at Bertwood. I’m also very interested in working with European tenants and Bertwood is one of the city’s leaders in that area.”

Craig Sklar is also a sales associate for Bertwood and will be focused on tenant representation for retail. Prior to joining Bertwood she worked for several New York City based law firms and Wells Fargo. Fluent in Spanish, she will oversee office management and provide support to Bertwood’s brokers.

“The response to what we’re doing here at Bertwood has been very well received by international tenants and local landlords. Business has grown so rapidly,” says de Soultrait. “We needed someone with Bianca’s skills to keep things running while we’re out on the streets making things happen. We will to continue to build the team strategically, but our number one priority remains the same: to make the very best deals for our clients.”
