Stein, Leshowitz and Stracci of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank reps Savanna in 4,870 s/f lease at 80 Broad Street

Savanna, a New York - based real estate private equity firm, completed a new 4,870 s/f lease at 80 Broad St. Euro Pacific Capital, Inc., a full-service, registered broker/dealer specializing in foreign markets and securities, signed a new lease at the property, occupying a portion of the 32nd floor, for an eight-year term. Founded in 1997, Euro Pacific Capital operates from six regional branches coast to coast and employs over sixty investment consultants, a team of research analysts, and three divisions - Retail Brokerage, Wealth Management and Capital Markets. Hal Stein, Adam Leshowitz and Todd Stracci of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord, an affiliate of Savanna, while Michael Elkin of Interactive Properties Corp. represented the tenant in this transaction.
