Stavro and Stein of Rechler Equity Partners represent ownership in 98,000 s/f lease on Long Island

According to Mitchell Rechler of Rechler Equity Partners, the company completed a 98,000 s/f lease at 2005 Orville Dr. Package All Corp., an international company providing the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and health & beauty industries with pioneering inventory solutions in packaging and distribution, has committed to a direct, five-year lease within the 130,000 s/f, single-story property. Prior to signing the direct lease at 2005 Orville Dr., Package All was a subtenant in the property where it will continue to house its northeast distribution center. This facility will continue to enhance the company's dedicated inventory programs to the pharmaceutical trade. Harry Stavro and Robert Stein of Rechler Equity Partners represented the ownership in the lease negotiations. James Dunn of Atlantic Property Services Inc. acted on behalf of Package All Corp. "We are extremely pleased to have a blue-chip company such as Packaging All remain as the anchor tenant of 2005 Orville Dr.," said Stavro.
